Honestly, I thought cooling towels were a gimmick until I tried this one. Living in Texas, yard work in July is brutal. This towel stays chillingly cold around my neck for over an hour. Just wet it, wring it, snap it, and it works instantly!

Amazing towel, just wish the carrying pouch was slightly bigger
The cooling technology itself is flawless and easily 5 stars—keeps me cold during my entire crossfit session. My only tiny complaint is trying to roll it back into the included pouch when you're in a rush is a bit tight. Still highly recommend though!
